The owners were looking to optimize the existing layout of their single-storey home.  By relocating an existing stair and studying the overall circulation of the spaces, we have produced a refreshed design of their spaces.

By considering the existing window placements and their current configuration of spaces, we created various visual connections between spaces with surgical  openings in the walls.

We are working through the finer design details and will be preparing for permits soon.
