Biruk Garkebo is an architectural technologist that joined JFA in 2023, and has a diverse architectural experience across multiple continents.

With architectural experiences gained from working in cities like Warsaw, Poland; and Nairobi, Kenya; Biruk brings a global perspective to his craft. Having studied architecture at Hawassa University in Ethiopia, he is now combining his international academic knowledge with practical Canadian experience.  Biruk’s journey reflects a passion for exploring the intersection of culture and design, making him a dynamic team member in the JFA team.
