M.Arch, M.Arch II, OAA

Hesam Rostami is a licensed architect with the OAA and actively collaborates with the JFA team. Previously working in award winning practices in Canada and Tehran, Hesam has nearly two decades of experience in architecture.  He has won several notable awards including the SHIFT 2019 Infrastructure / Architecture Challenge, the International Burham Prize in Chicago (2013) and the Earthquake-Proof Residential Prototypes for the City of Bam (2004).


Further, Hesam has an in-depth knowledge of design, detailing and construction.  He has worked on notable large-scale renovation and new build projects across Ontario.  Further to his collaboration with the JFA team, Hesam also runs his own practice: Rostami Atash Atelier


Hesam holds two masters in architecture (M.Arch), one from the University of Tehran in 2007 and another from McGill University in 2012.
