HIGH PARK HOME
A stone's throw from High Park, the new owners have chosen to "gut" the interior partitions to make the main floor one large open space.
The main floor comprises of a living, dining, kitchen and powder room. A new gas fireplace was installed to be a central element beside their entertainment system in the living room. The kitchen has a generous island with storage options throughout - including a pantry wall on the opposite side. The dining space divides the living room and kitchen and serves as the buffer between spaces.
The bathroom and laundry areas upstairs were also renovated and provide a refreshed look making the entire house feel new.
