A sleek black hexagonal tile powder room, designed in collaboration with Ilya Skok.  Previously, this was a 3-piece bathroom on the main floor - however the client's home already has a 3-piece bathroom on the second floor and another in the basement.  Aligning better with the bathroom's use, this "downsizing" allowed for a new dry-pantry storage space in front where the bathroom previously extended out.

Predominantly used by guests, this main floor powder room is a punch of contrast against the rest of the home.  The strong field of black hex tile is the feature, with the white plumbing fixtures "popping" off of dark the backdrop.

The mirror light fixture is made by Lumi Design, based locally, and is the only light source in the powder room.
