LITTLE ITALY FIVEPLEX
An unassuming "fiveplex" in Little Italy, this is a 3-storey fourplex building complete with a rear laneway suite. The design has notes of the original existing single family dwelling form, blending with the fabric of the neighbourhood.
Each suite is 1200sqft, with two bedrooms and two baths. With Toronto's continual housing shortage, this project is a proposed solution to provide comfortable and functional housing for 5 discreet families, while having the overall form appear as a single family dwelling.
