TORONTO PREFABRICATED HOME

The owner of this property is interested in precast concrete as a material choice for their home along with prefabrication as a construction method.  Working closely with the engineers and fabricators, the design utilizes prefabricated concrete forms, along with cast-in-place elements where prefabricated concrete is not feasible. The intent is to deliver a modern home that uses non-conventional construction methods in an urban context.
