WATERFRONT CONDO RENOVATION

An interior renovation of a waterfront condo with a view. The owner's stylistic preference is a mix between both Japanese and Scandinavian modern aesthetic.  A fun material palette was developed that involved a herringboned European oak floor, brass fixtures, and teal accents throughout.

The master bath features a large custom vanity, made from walnut and topped with a solid surface (Corian) integrated sink.  The ceiling has been finished with a dark grey hex tile, mirroring the floor finish.  The porcelain tile surround is similar to a natural stone pattern, but is virtually maintenance free.

Construction was completed in 2018 by Webb & Lashbrook  and the photographs were by Andrew Snow.
